Understanding, supporting and appreciating the government's efforts in jointly developing the country, was among the purposes of the Informative Community Programme. On 12th January morning, the Information Department through the Tutong District Information Branch, Strategic Communications Division held the Opening Ceremony of the Programme for the Senior Citizens Activity Centre, Tutong District.

49 people participated in the programme which was also hoped to nurture enthusiasm and inspire community members in efforts to improve living standards, knowledge and giving exposure to capacity and knowledge building activities. Held until 13th January, the programme takes place at the Information Department.
